SAFETY – OUR TOPMOST PRIORITY

Mandatory before undertaking any journey:

  • No trip is undertaken without prior planning. In fact several reconnaissance trips are carried out before the actual trip.

  • Acclimatisation activities are carried out wherever necessary. For example, a halt of a day before starting a trek in Leh is a must. Our bodies need to be acclimatised to the rarer atmosphere.

  • Camping dos and donts are made clear to all our guests before the start of any trip. We believe that simple precautions can avert accidents and mishaps

  • All necessary medical information is taken from our guests well before the start of any trip. Doctors are on call throughout any journey and usually accompany larger groups. First aid and all necessary medicines required for a group ARE ALWAYS carried on ALL TRIPS.

  • Activities for individuals or groups are planned keeping in mind the group’s age, preferences and current weather conditions.

  • Roads and weather conditions are thoroughly checked using our extensive network.
